OR Equivalent qualification as considered by the IESMA Governing Body.	5 years for Graduates 3 years for Post Graduates	Enrollment (One Time) RVO ESMA Member ₹ 3,000/- Other Candidates ₹ 5,000/- Renewal (Per Year) ₹ 2,500/-
Associate Valuer Member AVM	Academic: Graduate Engineer, PG in Valuation, CA, CS, CMA, MBA in Finance, or Primary Member of any RVO. Training: Attended 50 Hrs. Class from any RVO or 6 months course in valuation from IESMA or equivalent. OR Equivalent as considered appropriate by the Governing Body.	5 years for Graduates 3 years for Post Graduates	Enrollment (One Time) RVO ESMA Member ₹ 3,000/- Other Candidates ₹ 5,000/- Renewal (Per Year) ₹ 2,000/-
Licentiate Valuer Member LVM	Academic: Diploma Engineers or Graduate in any stream, subject to Governing Body decision. Training: Attended 6 months course in valuation from IESMA or equivalent.	1 Year Experience required.	Enrollment (One Time) Standard Fee ₹ 2,000/- Renewal (Per Year) ₹ 1,500/-
Student Member STUDENT	Academic: Diploma Engineers or Graduate in any stream, subject to Governing Body decision. OR Equivalent as considered appropriate by the Governing Body.	N/A	Enrollment (One Time) Standard Fee ₹ 1,500/- Renewal (Per Year) ₹ 1,000/-

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP.

Eligibility & Fees for Entities

Corporate membership is reserved for partnership entities or companies that are dedicated to delivering professional or financial services, including valuation or surveying. The structure below mirrors the standards outlined in the I.Esma Corporate Membership Eligibility guidelines.

Approved Corporate Member (AM) Corporate Partner	The firm must exclusively render professional or financial services, including valuation or surveying. All partners/directors must be Registered Valuers (IBBI, Income Tax, or High Court) or the firm must be registered under IBBI. The entity must hold a Trade License or GST in its name.	Minimum one year from the date of establishment or incorporation.	Enrollment (one time) Corporate Standard ₹ 15,000/- Renewal (per year) ₹ 15,000/-
Associate Corporate Member (ACM) Associate Entity	The objective must remain centred on professional or financial services, including valuation or surveying. At least one partner/director must be a Registered Valuer (IBBI, Income Tax, or High Court). Remaining partners/directors should meet Associate Valuer Member qualifications. Must possess a Trade License or GST in the entity’s name.	Not restricted / N.A.	Enrollment (one time) Corporate Associate ₹ 10,000/- Renewal (per year) ₹ 10,000/-
