This course also equips students to work in Registered Valuer Entity, Banks, Financial Institutions, etc. and as a self-employed valuer / appraiser / real estate consultants. This course also encourages students to enter into the business of management of big housing estates, condominiums, offices, etc. There are good numbers of valuer / appraisers and estate managers are practicing in their relevant fields after passing our certificate course.
